Today is the first school day for many children all over the country.

61 thousands children entered their schools for the very first time in their life. The school year will be opened traditionally at 9 AM as every year.

The Science and Education Minister Daniel Valchev will be a guest of honor at Hissarya’s “Hristo Smirnenski” school and later he will visit Plovdiv to meet retired teachers. Emilia Maslarova will open the school year at the Thracian University of Stara Zagora. She is also a Senior Fellow and lecturer at this school. Mrs. Maslarova will open the reconstructed “P. Yavorov” building in Chirpan later.

A new dormitory will be started up at the school of fine arts in Triavna. Its building was financed by the Ministry of Culture.
