A honorary deed for the municipality administration in Vratsa

The honorary deed for an European project was given personally by the minister of the national administration and administrative reforms Nikolay Vasilev.

The honorary deed acknowledges the third place of the project of the municipality of Vratsa in the rankings of projects, financed by the European Operative program “Administrative capacity” (OPAC).

The procedure for applicants was opened in June. The projects from administrations and non-governmental organizations from Bulgaria were over 250. Only fifteen of them won rights to be financed in the end. The project from Vratsa was third.

The project of the municipality administration of Vratsa is called “Better management through transparency and publicity in the Northwestern region”, and is worth 524 081 leva.

The signing of the contract for execution of the project is forthcoming. The project must be completed within 12 months.
