A partnership contract will be signed today between the Ruse University and Viruma college of Tallinn Technical University.

The Estonian delegation, which is a guest of the Faculty for Natural Sciences and Education, includes the director of Viruma college reader Andreev and other important members of the university.

Object of the contract are the joined action in education, the academic exchange and the scientific researches in the sphere of informatics and informational technologies.
