A World day of Black Sea

31 October has been the World day of Black Sea since 1996 when is was announced for that during the meeting of the ministers of environment of the countries bordering with the sea – Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Georgia and Turkey.

The aim of the day is to attract the public attention to the efforts for saving the sea.

On the occasion of the World day, tomorrow in Burgas will be shown an audio-visual performance, called ‘Black sea – fate and future’.
