Albena AD will buy an airport

The holding wants to gain 100% of Intersky in exchange for it’s shares in Albena invest. Albena AD will sell all of it’s 2 630 611 stocks, that being 48% of their capital, in Albena invest holding. The decision will be taken during the general assmebly of the holding on January 18th 2009.

The stock shares of Albena invest holding are estimated to be worth between 18.7 and 26.7 million leva. During the assembly the shareholders will vote on the purchase of 1674 shares with a nominal value of 5 thousand leva each, those money being 100% of the capital of Intersky EOOD. The acquisition of Intersky will cost 26.57 million leva. The money will be secured from the sale of the shares of Albena invest holding.

The motives for the acquisition of Intersky are the low profitability of Albena invest and the attractive investment that Intersky could be for the resort.
