Bayern interested in Ivelin Popov

The captain of Litex Ivelin Popov was visited during his treatment in a German clinic by representatives of FC Bayern (Munich). Ivelin, who also plays for the national team, talked for several minutes with the German scout, who was interested in his condition and wished him quick recovery.

The Munich team doesn’t hide their interest in the Bulgarian. A week ago, a scout from the German team was at the city stadium of Lovech during the game between Litex and Levski. He was in the company of the vice president of the BFC Mikhail Kasabov. After the game, it was made clear that he was here to watch Ivelin Popov and to talk with the Litex management.

It’s already known that Bayern will see the departure of many of it’s stars in the summer, and it’s logical that they would seek new talents to keep the stellar image of the club.
