Chanting “Bulgarian heroes!”, the public sent off the winners from the Bulgarian volleyball team. Today’s victory over Cuba in a game of the “C” group of the World league was a resounding one – 3:0 games (22, 21, 21).

Hristo Tsvetanov made the difference today – he was unstoppable when attacking. The 6000 fans in the “Kongresna” hall were his faithful companions.

With this victory, the Bulgarian team has 15 points, but remains third in the final rankings. Cuba is first with 21 points.
