“Computer informational system” opened in TU

The company AREVA NP opened a “Computer informational system” on February 19th in the Technics University (TU) – Sofia.

A contract between the Techincs University of Sofia (TU) and the German company AREVA NP resulted in the assembly of a computer system as a first stage of a long-term project. The goal of the contract is to motivate and strengthen the bond between the scientific researches and the engineering practice, to increase the quality in the field of nuclear energetics, heating technics, machine assembly, hydraulics, computer systems and technologies, industrial management, business management, public administration.

The contract is basis for the university to push the quality of education further, to add interdisciplinary training for engineers and economists, to have higher demands for teachers and to broaden the scientific research activities.
