Construction of 27-floor business buildings in Plovdiv begins

Two business buildings, each with 27 floors, will be constructed in the complex “Sky buildings” in Plovdiv. The construction will be done by the company “Yazov” OOD, owner of the ultra modern centre on “Asenovgradsko shose”.

Yesterday marked the official start of the construction of the two towers. The archbishop of Plovdiv Nikolay blessed the undertaking.

50 million euro will be invested in the complex, sprawling over 32 decares territory. The complex will have various functions. There will be both housing estates and buildings with social functions. Markets, restaurants, spa centres and cinemas will also be constructed.

The project involves 21 buildings in total, where 2500 people will live and work. The heating system will work on gas. A third of the terrain will serve as green grounds, children playgrounds and places for rest. There will be underground garages.

The investor intends to restore the nearby Thracian mound, which will be the historical sight in the new complex.
