Depeche Mode are coming back to Bulgaria

Depeche Mode are coming to Bulgaria for the second time. According to the official site of the band, on May 18, 2009 the British will play a concert on the national stadium ‘Vasil Levski’ in Sofia.

The show, which is part of Tuborg Greenfest, is a part of Depeche Mode’s European tour ‘Tour of the Universe’. On June 21, 2006 the legendary new wave band played at ‘Lokomotiv’ stadium in the capital. The concert lasted for two hours with brilliant sound and unique light effects and tickets were sold out half a year before the show.

40 000 Bulgarian fans saw then their favourites for the first time. Depeche Mode will play in Tel Aviv, Athens, Istanbul, Bucharest and then Sofia.
