Submitted on Saturday, 22 November 2008No Comment

The estates cheapen worldwide, but Slovakia, Bulgaria and Russia are still among the exceptions. The prices of estates worldwide lowered drastically in the last three months, due to the worldwide financial crisis, announced the Brtitish estate consulting company Knight Frank.

“Now it’s clear, that hardly any part of the world will evade the crisis, because the prices of estates lower in more and more countries,” said Nicolaus Barnes – head of the international research team of Knight Frank. Some countries, particularly in Eastern Europe, mark a stable growth of estate prices during the last year: Slovakia (31,2%), Russia (26,9%) and Bulgaria (26,8 РЅР° сто).
