Finnish company interested in “Super Burgas”

The mayor of the municipality of Burgas Dimitar Nikolov met the ambassador of Finland in Bulgaria, his Highness Kauko Yamsen, on a work meeting today.

The diplomat announced that companies from his homeland working in the fields of ecology and water purification are interested in joining the realization of a large infrastructure project that will “open” of the city to the sea – the so-called “Super Burgas”.

The ambassador Yamsen noted the experience and success of Finland in the preservation of nature and forest life. In connection with this, he hinted about interest in the future of the mountain Strandja.

During the meeting, the mayor Nikolov took the chance to explain the project for isolation of a new industrial zone in Burgas and invited investors from Finland to make use of the offered co-operation possibilities.
