Hristo Kovachki leaves Napred

At today’s meeting of the coalition “Napred” (Forward), it was made clear that the political party “Leader” of the businessman Hristo Kovachki leaves “Napred”.

Unofficial information claims that the reason for the departure are arguments over the registration of the political party at the elections, which will be used to circumvent the electoral barrier of 8%.

“Leader” were resolute that the coalition had to use it’s name for the registration – “Napred”. All other parties, however, were against that decision. The party also proposed it’s partners to participate in the elections not as a coalition, but with the registration of the party “Leader”, thus circumventing the 8% barrier.

Representatives from the party of Kovachki stated that the signed treaties between the four parties are still intact. Kovachki is the main sponsor of the coalition.
