The Slovenian chain stores Mercator will open two hypermarkets in Bulgaria by the end of the year.

On a press conference today, the company announced their decision to firmly step on the Bulgarian market as part of the expansion strategy of the corporation in quickly developing countries.

The first of the chain stores will open in Stara Zagora this September. Two months after that, a second Mercator store will open in Varna.
