61,15 M USD will be given to 13 companies, 11 are Bulgarian. This money will be used for a variety of constructions which will be used as a military base of the Bulgarian and US army both. The embassy of the USA in Sofia announced that the American Army approved the two-year contract with the building companies.

The other 2 companies are an Italian Sede Secondaria Italiana and an American on have also won projects about the Novo Selo base.

The 61 M USD will be used for building 23 barracks for about 2500 troop as well as for administrative, medical and store buildings.

That is the biggest American army’s project untill now said US Ambassador to Sofia Nancy McEldowney.
