New ambulances for Bulgaria’s emergency medical help centres

The Healthcare Minister Evgeniy Zhelev will hand in the keys of 30 new ambulances to directors of Emergency medical help centres. All 100 sanitary automobiles will be distributed by October 15. They are ensured by a loan agreement with the International recovery and development bank. The common value of the ambulances and the additional medical equipment is 10 078 936 leva. The sanitary cars will be given out to emergency medical help centres in alphabetical order. They are equipped according to the requirements of good medical practice and the international standards. Each of them corresponds to the European standards for medical automobiles and medical equipment, as well as the specific directives of the EU for medical apparatuses.
