Parking in Sofia – 13th most expensive capital of Europe

Prices of parking in Sofia earned the Bulgarian capital 13th place in the price rankings in Europe. The list of prices was made by the international consulting company Colliers International.

Sofia is ahead of the capitals of Spain and Germany and ranks right behind Prague, Athens and Budapest. The research was conducted in June 2009 and determines the average price for parking in the central parts of the big cities in the world.

In Sofia, the monthly price for parking in the center of the city (without “Blue zone”) varies between 100 and 200 euro (283 USD); the daily tariff for a full weekday is between 8 and 12 euro (16,98 USD).
