Russian investors buy many Bulgarian seaside hotels

Submitted on Tuesday, 10 March 2009No Comment

Russian investors make use of the cheap offers and make massive purchases of hotels at the Bulgarian seaside.

Most investors aim at projects that are currently being built or developed rural resorts that are not burdened by bank credits.

About ten profitable deals for the purchase of seaside hotels have been made since the beginning of 2009. The average price is 500 euro per square meter.

Israeli and Arabian investors have also expressed interest in estates at our seaside resorts. Most of them are still gathering information on the market, looking for profitable offers.

With the coming of the summer of 2009, more and more owners have to sell their hotels. The largest number of offers come from the Bulgarian resorts Sunny beach, Nesebar and Ravda.
