Saxe-Coburg-Gotha: Sooner or later, a man must face reality

“Sooner or later, a man meets reality and there is no place for cheating then. The important thing is to remember to work responsibly in the service of society”, said the leader of the political party NDSV Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha for the Bulgarian national television.

“The purpose of a government is not to serve the parties, but society. And people should take notice of that”, said he. “We shouldn’t let it go to our heads and think that we are unique. People everywhere are educated and versed in politics. It’s important to keep track on what should be done and what would be profitable for the people and the country itself”, stated the NDSV leader.

On the topic of Bulgaria’s accomplishments on the course to the European Union, Saxe-Coburg-Gotha said: “We all want everything to be perfect, but things don’t work this way in real life. The goal at the end is important and we must not underestimate our accomplishments. I don’t think anyone thought that we were going to be in the EU 15 years ago”, said he. He also gave an example of the respected Bulgarian European commissar – Meglena Kuneva.
