Stara Zagora will co-operate with a German province for EU projects

The governor of Stara Zagora – dr. Maria Neikova announced that the municipalities of Stara Zagora and Sankt Wendel in the German province Saarland will investigate the opportunities for co-operative work on projects and programs of the European union. This is a result of the signed contract for co-operation between the two regions.

In the end of April, a mutual delegeation of Stara Zagora and Sankt Wendel will visit Brussels with the aid of the Saarland bureau. This event will mark the beginning of mutual researches.

According to the chairman of TPP – Stara Zagora – Oleg Stoilov, the two regions have great potental, which is a premise for successful activity. Moreover, according to him the future of Europe belongs to smaller regions.
