Staviski on probation

The High Court decided to put Maxim Staviski on probation for 2 years and six months.

The court also decided to lower the size of the compensations that the ice dancer had to pay to the families of Petar Petrov and Manuela Gorsova, which were decided by the the Court of Appeal.

The first compensations were lowered from 120 000 leva to 100 000, and the second compensations – from 150 000 to 90 000 leva.

The adjudicated national tax was lowered from 5200 leva to 800 leva.

The High Court apporved of the other decisions of the Court of Appeal in Bourgas.
