The “Contribution to the Bulgarian foreign trade” awards

The ministry of Economics and Energetics gave the awards for contribution to the development of the Bulgarian foreign trade. The event was organized for the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Ministry of foreign trade and the holiday of the foreign trade workers.

The minister of economics Petar Dimitrov and the vice-minister Yavor Kuiumdjiev received the guests of the event. Among them were the chairman of the National assembly Georgi Pirinski, the vice-minister of environment and waters Liubka Kachakova, the deputee from the BND party Lidya Shuleva.

At the opening of the ceremony, Kiumiudjiev said that the Bulgarian foreign trade is the engine for the blooming of the Bulgarian economy. According to him, the foreign trade is the face of Bulgaria abroad.

“60 years mean little for history, but a lot for Bulgarian foreign trade”, clarified the vice-minister. According to him, the main goal for Bulgaria is to become a worthy home for all of it’s citizens.

Pirinski and Petar Dimitrov gave the awards to the employees of the ministry thatr contributed the most throughout the years. Among the awarded were the vice-minister of foreign trade Hristo Hristov, Krastio Popov, Stefan Polendakov, Ivan Stamenov, Iinka Fineva.
