The second day of the varied competition program of “Best Child Model of the World 2009” presented interesting experiences to the finalists.

The children were given the mission to plant saplings along the alley of “The Children of the World”. All of the young contestants took their tasks very seriously.

The first sapling was planted by mr. Liubchev, manager of SOL Nessebar Resort, with the help of the last year’s winners of the crown Lidia Moldovan and Junus Emre. After planting his sapling, each child gave it his or her name.

One of the young trees was called after association “Face to the World”, which supports the treatment of children with malformities and disabilities.

“Best Child Model of the World” takes place for the third consecutive year and is part of the international chain of annual competitions for professional models “Best Model of the world”.

The competition in Bulgaria is under the patronage of the minister of labour and social politics Emilia Maslarova.
