The national basketball team won the prize ‘The team of September”. This is the second serial prize for the basketball players and this time 100 % of the inquired journalists voted for the winners. On the ceremony attended the president of the federation Mihail Mikov, the sports director Konstantin Papazov, the captain of the national team Todor Stoikov, Ivan Tzenov and Eleonora Rangelova as representatives of the federation. The president Mikov thanked for the prize and promised to justify the trust of the journalists. The coach of the team – Pini Gershon also thanked the journalists and asked for the support of the media and the fans: ‘We need you and the fans to return the basketball to the level on which it was 20 years ago’
