The prices of apartments decreases in nine cities

Statistics from the National statistics institute (NSI) show that in nine out of a total of 27 regional cities in Bulgaria, the price of estates decreased compared to earlier this year.

The cities where the official statistic registered a decrease of prices of apartments are Blagoevgrad, Varna, Vidin, Gabrovo, Kiustendil, Pernik, Ruse, Stara Zagora and Shumen.

The biggest decrease is in Shumen, where the average price fell by 7,7% – to 995,50 lv./sq.m.

In Ruse apartments got cheaper by 5,9% to 1646,17 lv. /sq.m, and in Blagoevgrad – by 5,2% to 1235,67 lv./sq.m.
