Traditional Bulgarian dishes from seven villages will be presented at the culinary exhibition of the festival “Motley table” in Veliko Tarnovo.

The event is organized by the Association for development of arts and crafts and aims to find and preserve old recipes. They will be later published in a book “The Recipes of Grandma”.

The participants will compete for the prizes for original dish and unique culinary recipe.

Folklore collectives will present Bulgarian customs related to cooking at the festival. There will also be a competition for young cooks. Professionals will show the preparation of modern Bulgarian dishes.
