Two new exhibitions at the Plovdiv fair

Submitted on Friday, 13 February 2009No Comment

Two new exhibitions were included in the program for this year’s International fair in Plovdiv.

In March, a Specialized expo for clothing, textile, shoes, leather works and accessories “BG Gate Spring” will take place. The expo will be organized in collaboration with the fair, the Bulgarian association of producers and exporters of textile (BAPIOT) and the company “Andrit”. The ambition of “BG Gate Spring” is to develop the “Texmod” exhibition (part of the Spring fair) and is the first step towards the re-structuring of the fair into several specialized branch expos, oriented to specialists. The expo will take place in March due to the demand from many companies.

The other new exhibition will be the International specialized expo for packages, machines, materials and recycling “Balkan Packaging”. Up to now, the expo took place in November in Sofia, but the organizers “Via expo” decided to move it to Plovdiv. Thus, “Balkan Packaging” will take place along the International exhibition for printed communication “PrintCom” in June. The event is practically the only one in the packaging business and will show the latest packaging machinery. The accent this year will be on the recycling process.
