The national company ‘Railroad Infrastructure’ (NCRI) has started the fourth stage of the initiative ‘Beautiful forest’, announced the press centre of the company.

Their purpose is to clean the stations and the surrounding areas using voluntary labour, so that these places turn into more pleasant places for the travellers and station employees. Besides that the preparation for the winter season will be completed in all 365 stations in Bulgaria.

It is expected that 4000 employees of the company will take part in the initiative ‘Beautiful station’. The leaders of NCRI sent invitations to participate to the managements of ‘Bulgarian State Railways’ and the Managing Direction ‘Railways Administration’

The project ‘Beautiful station’ started on a initiative from NCRI on occasion of the 120th anniversary of the creation of the Bulgarian State Railways and is conducted in four stages.

The first tree consisted of cleaning and refreshing the administrative buildings, stations, platforms and the surrounding areas. Almost all employees of the infrastructure company took part.
