The mayor of Sofia Boiko Borisov opened a sports field worth 65 thousand leva in the district “Razsadnika”. Later that day, he will open a similar field in the district “Krasna polyana”.

Borisov also explained, that the municipality is ready to build 60 more fields in all districts in Sofia.

The openings of the fields in Pancharevo and Bistritsa are next week.

„We will use the colder months to finish the fences and the asphalt of the other sports fields and when the temperatures get warmer in the spring, we’ll finish things up”, said Boiko Borisov.

He added that the field in the “Razsadnika” district, among others, will be sufficiently lit so that children can play late in the evening during summers.
