Bulgarians are working harder than Germans and Czechs

Bulgarians are the most working citizens in the European Union. That shows the results of a research made by the European foundation for improving the quality of service and life. The laziest workers are in France, Italy and Denmark.

A total amount of 41.7 hours a week average works Bulgarians. The foundation, which is located in Dublin, began this research in 2003. Even then the working time in Bulgaria and the other Eastern European countries was 40 hours a week.

The Rumanians are working 41.7 hours a week and thus they are next to us in this classification. Great Britain and Czech are next with 41,2 hours a week. 41.1 hours a week is the working time in Germany and Australia.
