The university graduates in Bulgaria will receive their diploma with a holographic sticker for additional protection.

This was announced by the minister of education and science Daniel Valchev during his working visit in the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAN) today, announced the media agency Focus.

Minister Valchev said that talks with universities of how that could be done over time are already in motion, because the procedure would require the universities to send lists of their would-be graduates, and the teams of the ministry of education (MON) will have to check the lists with the magistrate registers of the department. The concept is for each name to have a holographic sticker and a personal number.
