The president and commander-in-chief of the armed forces of Bulgaria Gerogi Paravanov, the prime minister Sergey Stanishev and the minister of defence Nikolay Tsonev, the head of the military headquarters of the Bulgarian army general Zlatan Stoikov, high ranking military officials and military attaches from foreign embassies attended the Archangel’s mass in the Central cemetary in Sofia.

After the public ritual, the minister of defence Nikolay Tsonev announced that money from the budget for next year money are provided for the restoration of military monuments and ossuaries on bulgarian territory.
