With a huge program Ruse observed the 130th anniversary of the birth of the academician Mihail Arnaudov. The accents in the program are a round-table talk with the participation of contemporaries of the academician, putting of bas-relief of the academician, exhibitions and naming on his name one of the halls in the University of Ruse.

Mihail Petrov Arnaudov is a Bulgarian folklorer, literary historian, ethnographer and academician. He was born on 5th October 1878 in Ruse.
