The official opening of the traditional fair of Belogradchik took place on June 25th. The opening ceremony was located very close to the famous rock formations of Belogradchik.

The prime minister, other ministers and officials attended the event.

The program of the fair includes concerts, exhibitions and sport events, united by the natural phenomenon that are the rock formations of Belogradchik.

The festival will take place until June 29th, the official day of the city Belogradchik. A ceremony on that day will award notable citizens for their contribution to the National campaign that supports the nomination of the rock formations for one of the new seven wonders of the world.
