The Ministry of education and science (MON) and the regional departments of education announced that the state maturity examinations on Bulgarian language and literature were over today at 14:30 PM.

The announcement of the Ministry points out that a lengthier examination was provided to students with disabilities and special educational needs.

The Ministry has registered three official attempts at cheating on the exams – one attempt in the municipalities of Pazardzhik, Lovech and Sofia.

The papers of the cheating students were invalidated, said Ministry representatives.

74 137 graduates attended today’s state maturity examination.
