“Tompson Cole” will take on the project for the Grand Plaza complex in Ruse

Three months after officially stepping onto the Bulgarian market, the British company for project management “Tompson Cole” and their Bulgarian partner “Correct project” will start their work on their first mutual project – the unique complex Grand Plaza in Ruse.

The complex spreads over 36 decares terrain, with overall area covering 140 000 square metres. Grand Plaza will include a universal sport field and showrooms spreaded over 25 000 square metres, shopping and entertainment centres and underground garage over 89 000 square metres, business centre over 14 000 square metres and a hotel complex over 13 000 square metres.
