The official opening of Interior City is already a fact – a trade center specialized in interior design, furniture and accessories for your home, announced the investing company Everest ES OOD.

The center is located on boulevard “Cherni vrah” 47 and has two levels – ground floor and basement floor, all inside the building of the ex-factory “Vitosha”.

So far, the repairs of the trade center are worth a 7 million leva investment, clarified from the company in an interview for the website Investor.bg.

Interior City aims to offer in once place all activities and products needed for interior design of the home after the basics are already built. There are about 70 shops inside, arranged on over 23 000 square metres area. The center provides a constant showroom and offers a wide variety of furniture, materials and accessories.

To this moment, about 96% of the area is already rented to shops.

The intent of the company is to establish similar shops in other big cities in the country in 2009, their attention being focused on Varna, Plovdiv and Burgas.
