538 delegates gathered for the founding assembly of the new political party “Bulgarian left wing”.

Darik radio informed that Ivan Genov was unanimously chosen for a chairman of the founding assembly, and the creator of the party Iliya Bozhinov – for a chairman of the mandate commission.

Bozhinov admitted that there are several similarities between the political program of the “Bulgarian left wing” and the Bulgarian socialist party (BSP), but according to him the new party has several new principles that BSP lacks.
