In December, the tendency toward lower prices of cooking oil and flour and the stability of prices of milk products, rice and legumen is still valid, announced the National commission for stock exchange and markets.

The sunflower oil becomes cheaper by 9% comapred to November and 20% cheaper, compared to December 2007. The price of flour began lowering in May and the drop of prices by the end of the year is nearly 30%. December saw a 4% lowering of prices compared to November, and compared to December 2007, the price is 27% lower.

The price of sugar in December stays stable with a slight lowering of about 1% compared to November, and 3% lower compared to December 2007.
