The National security agency (DANS) searches the National reserve, says the newspaper “Trud” from agency sources. The top policemen approached the reserve under suspicions for illegal deals with over 45 000 tons of grain, traded last autumn at the Sofia stock market.

The accusations state that the wheat passed through several firms, from which the pure profits would have been over 2 million leva. According to the National reserve, this is an attempt to cheat the country.

The story gets even more tangled after a signal to DANS from several firms that signed stock contracts for wheat shipments at the Sofia stock market with the National reserve in October last year.

The firms are “Agroexpress” OOD, “Ex Lege Factum”, “Lev agro”, “Harley 2004”, “Trade exim” OOD.
