The commission that organizes the Congress of the Bulgarian football union (BFS) decided during it’s conference to approve for presentation at the Congress only the application of Borislav Mihailov. He was proposed by the teams Litex, Minior Pernik and Lokomotiv Sofia.

The application of Ivailo Drazhev was given by January 15th. The team that supported him, Asenovets 2005, have since withdrawed their support. Thus, the commission decided on it’s last conference that Ivailo Drazhev is unfit to apply for the presidential post of the BFS. The Congress itself is on January 30th.
