A new real estate register will make it’s way through all 131 regional courts of the country starting this February, announced the prime minister Stanishev. According to him, the new register will improve control of the attempts at estate frauds. The prime minister explained, that in the last few years there is a notable increase of estate violations. He clarified that because of the specific nature of these crimes, they are charactarised as frauds and document crimes.

Estate frauds are made by switching the real notarial acts, making fake contracts, applications and declarations, the use of fake identity cards, etc.
