A proposal for the doubling of the funds in the 2009 minicipality budget for the Mental health care center in Varna was given today at the assembly of the Permanent committee for property and economics.

The proposal came after the report for 2007, given by the manager of the center Tsvetelina Doncheva. According to the report, the average salary of the personnel is 345 lv. “The financing of the Health center is not adequate to the serious task that the specialists are given.”, commented Andreev.

According to Doncheva, the Mental health care center was financed by the municipality with 132 000 lv. for 2007, and 162 000 lv. for 2008. The manager said that equipment is a serious problem for the center.
