Golden sands expects more visits from the Middle East this summer

Most seaside resorts expect the visits of foreign tourists to decrease this summer. Registrations have already decreased, but resorts hope to attract alternative groups of tourists.

This year, Golden sands expects an increase of tourists from the Middle East. The resort businessmen expect a decrease of visits from Bulgarian tourists.

According to preliminary data, the registrations of German tourists have decreased from 30 to 40%. Seaside resorts will depend mostly on Romanian and Bulgarian tourists.

A decrease of Russian tourists is also expected. Issues with the Bulgarian visas for Russian tourists will lead to this decrease. Due to the crisis, tourists will frequent the cheaper hotels.
