Jameson Short Online award 2009
The award for the Jameson Short Online 2009 contest was given on March 31st 2009 in the Home of cinema. The winner – the director Stefan Chernev will now be able to use his portable computer MacBook Pro and the professional software for video editing Final Cut to work on his future projects.
The award was given to him by Elena Ilieva, marketing director of Pernod Ricard Bulgaria. A bottle of Jameson Irish Whiskey was given to each of the directors, whose movies ranked in the top three of the competition.
Hours before the award ceremony, the Home of cinema showed the audiences all short movies in the top 10 rated list of www.jameson-short.com. Voting for Jameson Short Online Award 2009 went on for 15 days. For that period, the winner of the competition – the director Stefan Chernev – received 922 votes from the audience.
