Many take up the offer of CEZ
“The campaign of CEZ to change the monthly fees that began in early 2009 is becoming increasingly popular. Still, more time is needed to reach all the clients of the company”, announced the spokesperson of CEZ Yasen Guev.
The percentage of people that take up the offer is increasing constantly – ever since the start of the campaign, their number has grown three times.
The percentage of customers that use the internet as means of dealing with the company is still noticeably lower than the number of customers that prefer the traditional means.
A third of the customers want to pay once every three months. Half of the customers lower the size of their monthly payments, while 17% increase them, hoping to lower their equalizing payment.
