Mayors from Southeastern Bulgaria suggest changes in the law

The mayor of Sliven Iordan Lechkov and his colleagues from Southeastern Bulgaria are preparing their suggestions for changes in the law system.

Their projects will be presented to the prime minister Boiko Borisov, the Council of ministers and the National assembly this autumn. Lechkov stated that he’ll initiate a work meeting, at which he’ll present his suggestions to the government.

He did not want to explicitly say what changes in the law system he’ll suggest, but he was resolute that processes of decentralization in the country are needed and imminent.
