The “Meet the World” festival is coming to Bulgaria on October to present the “World” style, which is very popular in the last years. The growth of the communication, globalization, mixing of the national cultures and the enrichment of the traditional music styles are basically the main causes of forming the World style. It include the picturesqueness of the Latino- and the African rhythms, the beautiful sounds of the Indian and Arabian music, gypsies’ tune, the complex and the variable Balkan and Slav ethno music etc. The Bulgarian music popularizes in the World mostly through the World music style. Musicians like Teodosii Spasov, The misteries of the Bulgarian Voices, Ivo Papazov – Ibryama, Nona Yotova, Elitza and Stoyan and many more make extremely attractive and fancy music by interpreting Bulgarian rhythms.
