Rentable apartments are increasingly sought

Most sought are apartments with two rooms, with an increase in demand by 14% compared to the same period in 2007. The demand for apatments with one room has dropped by 6%, owing it to the similar price between one-room and two-room apartments.
The biggest growth of prices is in Varna – 13%, and Burgas – 11%. In Sofia, the increase is 8%. The customers are mostly interested in the quality of the apartment and it’s furniture, comment experts.
