The talks between the mayor of the municipality of Ruse eng. Bozhidar Iotov and the ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Willem Van Ehe went smoothly and friendly, announced the press center of the municipality.

It turned out, that His highness has been in Ruse before – in 1990 – as a young diplomat in Bucharest.

Willem Van Ehe said that Ruse can serve as a great example to other Bulgarian cities, because the region has a specific internal dynamic and a beneficial co-operation with Romania.

The diplomat is in Ruse to give an official start of the project “Planning and improvement of the social services on regional level” in the Ruse region with the financial aid of the Netherlands. He will also meet several Dutch firms that are successful in Ruse – “Den Braven” and “Vripack”.
